Illuminate Your Proposal: Video Ring Box From Euricase

If you’re getting ready to pop the question and want some hi-tech backup for your big moment, check out this interesting product I came across recently from Euricase. On the surface, it’s an elegant ring case…but wait! There’s more. Open it up and it’s also a full-color LCD screen, capable of holding up to 500 photos or 60 minutes of video, or even music. When the case is opened, there’s also a light that comes on and surrounds the ring bed, enhancing the look of the jewelry.

Does the LCD display take the focus away from the ring, which should be the highlighted star, or does it enhance the proposal? You make the call. But it’s certainly an innovative and novel idea. Euricase says that the high-tech case makes a great keepsake. Because it comes with a plugin adapter/charger so it can be left, opened and on, I suppose I could see it in action that way. You might have it displayed among other wedding artifacts on a shelf or in a curio, for example, presenting an ongoing slideshow of the wedding or engagement day.

There are three models to choose from currently: the standard video/photo/audio model pictured above, a brushed-metal model, and a audi0-only version that comes with a fixed backlit display with an elegant pattern in place of the video screen.

The Euricase comes with a wall charger/adapter and a USB cable to plug into your Windows-based computer. It's not compatible with Macs

The product includes a USB cable to interface with your Windows PC; it’s not compatible with Macs (booo!). Check it out if the idea intrigues you at the company’s website. Enjoy!
